Professor Rosemary Purcell is a Professorial Fellow in the Centre for Youth Mental Health, with a primary research interest in mental health in elite sports. She is the Chief of Knowledge Translation at Orygen, and a registered psychologist.
Rosie has co-authored over 150 publications in the areas of mental health in elite sport, youth mental health and early intervention in forensic mental health. She is a member of the International Olympic Committee's (IOC) Elite Athlete Mental Health Consensus Group and the IOC's Mental Health Working Group.
Rosie's primary research interests are understanding mental health problems in elite athletes and coaches and developing optimal strategies for improving and maximising mental health and wellbeing in sporting environments. She also retains an interest in early intervention to reduce forensic outcomes (violence and victimisation) in young people.

Natalie Korinfsky is President of the Kyneton Women’s Football Club and a strong advocate for safe and inclusive community spaces. A social worker with over a decade of experience, she is passionate about creating more leadership opportunities for women, girls and gender diverse people in sport, and recently helped lead the campaign for the Kyneton Women’s Football Club to play this season.

Deborah Macer was a dedicated teacher of forty years and an inspiring strength athlete. She began powerlifting in her late forties, earning a Drug Free Powerlifting Association world record at 49 and national records in her early fifties. She now continues resistance training beyond competition with discipline, longevity, and purpose.

Dr Meghan Casey is a Senior Lecturer and researcher at Federation University specialising in sport management, health promotion, physical activity, and gender equality in sport. Her work focuses on strengthening the capacity of organisations and communities to design, implement, and evaluate evidence‑informed initiatives that promote equitable, inclusive, and sustainable participation in sport and physical activity. Meghan also serves as Deputy Chair of Sports Central, supporting community sport development across the Central Highlands region.
